Franchises

From the beginning, GWRegisry™ was designed to be nationwide. Early in 2024 we eliminated the purchase of State Franchises. A franchise is now awarded to anyone that can recruit 10 Affiliated Entities or ScatterMasters™ within their 50 mile radius.

 

Change was in response to AI Machines (and our decision to control the publishing of GWDocs™ under GardenWays™ Foundation Trust for more content protection and validation control).

Franchises no longer have this obligation.

 

It was assumed different states had different laws regarding the placement of human ashes and taxation. Franchise holders are still expected to learn and abide by these. However, our experience with pinning Memorial Gardens nationwide did not uncover significant differences with the non-cemetery definitions we use for DPAs™.

 

It’s almost remarkable that “Gardens” (or any of our various Designated Placement Areas™) require virtually no permits, notification, regulation, or alignment with funeral homes or cemeteries.

 

GWRegistry™ trademarks, methods and practices apply nationwide. Being a Franchise allows you to have exclusive rights in your area and to collect future Affiliated Entity fees that you continue recruiting.

 

The strength of the Affiliated Network increases the success of GWRegistry’s™ venture, goals, and concepts. Franchise owners will run the enterprise after I am gone and have a voice in future ownership positions and decisions.
